IMAR0308 COURSE OF NETWORK PROJECTS OF NETWORKS AND FLUID DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS (Certificate of Complete Professionalism)

Within the world of installation and maintenance, it is necessary to know the different fields of the development of networks of networks and fluid distribution systems, within the professional area of assembly and maintenance of facilities.

- Analyze the operation of the networks and fluid distribution systems relating the variables that affect their operation with their benefits, based on their technical documentation. - Calculate the dimensions of pipelines and fluid ducts from its technical specifications, applying established procedures. - Describe the characteristics that a network of pipes of an installation must have. - Determine and select the machines, equipment, elements, materials and dimensions of the networks, among others, based on installation preliminary projects and general instructions. - Specify the anchors and benches of the machines and equipment of the installation and identify the efforts for mechanical applications to which their interconnection elements are submitted, and dimension them depending on the results of the calculations carried out by applying the criteria of standardization and normalization. - Determine the regulation and control system, setting the operating parameters according to the initial specifications. - Determine the characteristics of the equipment, machines, elements, networks, or others, of each system, applying the required calculation procedures. - Relate the symbols used in the graphic representation with the elements represented, describing the function they perform in the installation. - Draw the implementation plans of machines, equipment and networks, as well as the joint and detail plans for thermal facilities, using a computer -assisted design program. - Manage the graphic operating environment and the profits and commands of a computer -assisted design program that allows to represent and perform the plans and schemes of the thermal facilities. - Represent in the required computer support the diagrams of the principle of thermal facilities and schemes of the circuits of the strength, automation and control systems of the same. - Establish and order the groups of the different types of circuits and the reference systems to express the established relationships between them. Analyze the technical documentation of networks and fluid distribution systems determining the activities and resources that serve as a basis to plan the assembly process. - Apply programming techniques that optimize resources and production loads in order to prepare the execution and monitoring programs of the assembly of networks and fluid distribution systems. - Analyze the safety and environmental standards of application in the assembly processes of fluid installations, which allow to determine the criteria and guidelines that must be followed to carry out assembly operations with personal security and respect for the environment.

It develops its professional activity in the engineering or technical office departments that serve the projects of projects or production, related to the assembly and maintenance of networks and system distribution systems and industrial fluid systems (except for electric and fluidified electrical and solids) that using air, water, steam and other fluids, cover the collection, storage, pumping, distribution and control. The performance of some activities collected in qualification may require a professional card issued by the competent administration.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the IMAR0308 Professional Certificate. Networks and fluid distribution systems, certifying having overcome the different competence units included, and is aimed at accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals the installation and maintenance, more specifically those linked to the development of networks and fluid distribution systems, within the professional area of assembly and maintenance of facilities.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
