Luminotechnics course for the live show: MF0211_3 Luminotechnics processes applied to the live show

In the field of image and sound, it is necessary to know the different fields of the luminotechnics for the live show, within the professional area live. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to participate in the elaboration of the lighting of a live show, maintaining it and reproducing it in different exploitation situations.

- Evaluate the different types of light sources and apply the criteria for their correct and safe selection and use. - Apply specific graphic representation techniques of spectacular luminotechnics: symbology, conventions in the drawing of luminotechnics and electricity planes. - Operate the projectors correctly and safely based on the analysis of the composition and operation of the different models and apply selection criteria according to the artistic and technical needs of the project. - Operate correctly and safely the different electrical and mechanical facilities destined to the luminotechnics, both in the fixed premises and in the assemblies made in ephemeral spaces applying the knowledge about the criteria with which they are designed, the functions they perform and the problems they pose in the environment of the applications destined for the live show industry. - Operate the different regulation equipment used in the show: Power regulation modules, control tables and communication systems between the two, based on the analysis of the different architectures and uses. - Operate the communication and monitoring systems of a show applying the codes and uses of the show. - Perform, in a practical case of application, the tasks of the luminotechnics in the show applying a specific work methodology from a global conception of the work process that is inherent in a live show and the concepts and procedures necessary to plan, organize and manage the process of implementing a lighting taking care of good professional practices. - Apply the necessary procedures for the corrective and preventive maintenance of the equipment and facilities of the luminotechnics and inventory and stock control. - Use communication techniques in your media to receive and issue instructions and information, exchange ideas or opinions, assign tasks to coordinate projects. - To face the conflicts that originate in the environment of their work, through the negotiation and achievement of the participation of all the group members in the detection of the origin of the problem, avoiding value judgments and solving the conflict, focusing on those aspects that can be modified. - Make decisions, contemplating the circumstances that force to make that decision and taking into account the opinions of others regarding the possible solution paths. - Analyze prevention and safety measures regarding the actions of manipulation of facilities and equipment, contained in the security plans of the companies in the sector. - Apply the security plan analyzing the measures of prevention, security and environmental protection of the company. - Apply the habits and techniques that allow you to address the physical and psychic efforts that derive from the work professions of the show identifying the risks when they present and apply the appropriate preventive measures. - Apply the procedures and methods of consultation related to current legislation applicable in public security issues in a live show and action protocols in case of incidents with or without public.

It develops its professional activity in large, medium and small businesses dedicated to spectacular lighting in all kinds of live shows and acts, with the presence of live audiences. He works in show premises as a fixed technician or as a freelance, in companies on tour or in service companies.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF0211_3 formative module applied to the live show, certifying having exceeded the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which it will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the image of the image and sound, specifically in luminotechnics for the live show, within the professional area live shows, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge necessary to participate in the elaboration of the lighting of a live show, maintaining it and reproducing it in different exploitation situations.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
