MF0239-2 course operations

We live in a consumer society in which the fact of selling is increasingly valued, since this is to meet the needs of the client, which, in turn, are getting older and more complex. Therefore, it is important to acquire knowledge related to sales operations, both the processes and the most appropriate techniques for sale, either direct or in the online modality, to achieve the attributed commercial objectives or even overcome them.

- Program the action in the sale from defined commercial parameters and the positioning of the company/entity. - Prepare the basic documents derived from the action in the sale. - Perform the calculations derived from defined sales operations. - Apply appropriate techniques to the sale of products and services. - Apply conflict and claims resolution techniques following established criteria and procedures. - Apply customer monitoring procedures and post-sale control. - Define the variables and profits available on the Internet for online marketing of different types of products and services. - Adopt commercial criteria in pages design. - Apply monitoring and customer service procedures following criteria and procedures established in online commercial situations.

This professional will exercise its activity in any productive sector in the marketing area: - In small, medium or large commercial establishments it will work on behalf of the different commercial sections. - In the commercialization of products and services on their own and of others outside the commercial establishment. - In SMEs and industrial companies in the commercial department. - In the Customer/Consumer Service Department of both public agency and medium and large industrial and commercial companies

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF0239_2 sales operations, certifying having overcome the different competition units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals from the world of sales who want to enhance distribution, advertising,…. Whether professionals or not from this commercial field, the course is addressed to all those interested people expand their skills and knowledge in terms of sales processes and techniques.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
