MF1036-3 course Employment methodology with support in the socio-labor insertion of people with disabilities

At present, in the world of sociocultural services and the community and within the professional social area, more specifically in the labor insertion of people with disabilities, it is very important to know the different processes. Therefore, with this course it is about providing the necessary knowledge to know the employment methodology with support in the socio -labor insertion of people with disabilities.

- Collect user and family information if necessary, to develop the insertion process that allows adjustment to the planned job. - Make support to the user and the company to achieve adaptation to the job favoring the socio -labor insertion process. - Determine the transition to the monitoring and/or maintenance phase of each user to facilitate the evolution of the socio -labor insertion process, in collaboration with the team.

It develops its professional activity in the public and private sphere, in the area of social and/or community and employment services aimed at people with disabilities, in public organizations and institutions that have as its object the development of social intervention programs, occupational or socio -labor insertion and equal opportunities. It is integrated into interdisciplinary social care teams, together with higher level professionals.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1036_3 Module Employment methodology with support in the socio -labor insertion of people with disabilities certifying having exceeded the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of professional competences acquired through work experience and non -formal training, via which you will opt for to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through The respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those who are dedicated to the world of sociocultural services and the community, more specifically to the labor insertion of people with disabilities, within the professional area Social Attention that intends to obtain knowledge related to the Employment Methodology with support in the socio -labor insertion of people with disabilities.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
