Summary

In the field of sociocultural and community services, it is necessary to know the different fields of promotion for the effective equality of women and men, within the professional area of training and education. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to detect and inform organizations, companies, women and agents of the intervention environment on labor relations and the creation, access and permanence of employment in conditions of effective equality of women and men.

Goals

- Detect demands, offers, services and potential existing employment deposits in the intervention environment that favor the access and/or creation of women's employment, the development of their work activity and their professional promotion in conditions of effective equality with men, to transmit the information obtained to the responsible professionals who determine the actions to be developed. - Collect information in companies, organizations and intervention environment of the elements and obstacles that condition the permanence and effective equality between men and women in employment, transferring it to the intervention team. - Inform in terms of creation, access, permanence and promotion in employment, to women who require it, taking into account their personal needs and resources, so that they can access viable alternatives and in accordance with existing social and economic resources. - Inform and sensitize, from a gender perspective, in terms of conciliation of personal, family and work life, and its impact on health and time management, in the field of employment to promote effective equality as a criterion of quality of life of citizens.

Professional exits

It develops its professional activity on behalf of others in the public and private sphere, in collaboration with the intervention team and from the direct supervision of the competent person of higher level. Likewise, it detects situations of inequality and the needs derived from it, organizing and transferring the relevant information in the subject of their specialty, both to the reference population and to higher level professionals, to promote and guide actions in the field of effective equality of women and men, and prevent discrimination of the female population. In the development of professional activity, universal accessibility principles are applied in accordance with current legislation.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1582_3 Promotion for the effective equality of women and men in employment, certifying having exceeded the different units of competence in them included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through work experience and non -formal training, via which it will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

Who is it addressed

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of sociocultural services and the community, specifically in the promotion for the effective equality of women and men, within the professional area of training and education, and to all those people interested in detecting and informing organizations, companies, women and agents of the intervention environment on labor relations and the creation, access and permanence of employment in conditions of effective equality of women and men.

Official character

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
