MF2170-3 course management and response coordination procedures

In the field of safety and environment, it is necessary to know the different fields of emergency care, management and coordination teleperations, within the professional area Security and Prevention. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to receive the call, processing the information, establishing and managing the appropriate response based on the priority and the type of demand, as well as carrying out the monitoring and coordination between the different institutions involved in the emergency management, under the supervision of the sector / supervisor technician, using, in case necessary, the English language.

- Apply protocols established in the response to fire demands. - Apply the protocols established in the response to rescue and rescue demands. - Apply the protocols established in the response to demands of natural origin. - Apply the protocols established in the response to demands of technological origin. - Apply the procedures for the management and coordination of resources and agencies to mobilize and monitor in diverse incidents. - Collaborate in the application of the action procedure of the Coordinating Center before a collective emergency or catastrophe. - Manage the basic concepts of health sciences and emergency medicine applied to the professional practice of the Emergency Coordinating Center. - Apply the basic principles of psychology in emergency and crisis situations. - Describe the structure, content and mechanisms of implementation of emergency and self -protection plans of public buildings and public concurrence activities. - Apply protocols established in the response to citizen security demands.

He develops his professional activity in Emergency and Emergency Coordination Centers.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF2170_3 training module procedures and coordination of the response, certifying having overcome the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of safety and environment, specifically in Teleoperations of Care, Management and Emergency Coordination, within the professional area Security and Prevention, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the management and coordination procedures of the response.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
