UF1348 Course monitoring and resolution of incidents in the interconnection of private networks with public networks

In the field of computer science and communications, it is necessary to know the different fields of the operation of departmental networks, within the professional area systems and telematics. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for monitoring and resolution of incidents in the interconnection of private networks with public networks.

- Monitor and verify the operation of interconnection equipment with external networks by specific software tools. - Identify the functionalities and field of use of supervision and monitoring tools and applications, depending on the characteristics of the interconnection equipment. - Explain the operation procedures of the monitoring tools. - Select the monitoring tool based on the test to be performed and explain how to connect it. - Describe the established monitoring procedures to ensure the provision of services. - Solve the incidents detected in the interconnection devices of private and public networks. - Describe the incidents that occur in the interconnection devices of private networks with public communications networks, according to information received from notification tools or other means. - Identify the procedures and tools used for the detection of incidents, depending on the interconnection devices of private and public networks. - Describe the techniques and tools used to isolate and diagnose the causes that produce incidents, in interconnection devices of private and public networks. - Explain the systematic procedures for the resolution of incidents.

It develops its professional activity on behalf of others, in public or private companies or entities of any size, which have intranet, internet or extranet networks infrastructure, in the area of systems and telematics of the Department of Computer Science, or networks and communications.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the UF1348 training unit monitoring and resolution of incident respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of computer science and communications, specifically in operation of departmental networks within the professional and telematical area, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the monitoring and resolution of incidents in the interconnection of private networks with public networks.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
