UF1777 COURSE Local operation and first level preventive maintenance in electrical substations

In the field of energy and water, it is necessary to know the different fields of the management of the assembly and maintenance of electrical substations, within the Professional Electric Power Area. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to carry out the first level preventive maintenance operations of electrical substations.

- Define the key aspects of the first level operation and maintenance of electrical substations identifying the different systems involved, their technical characteristics, functions and relevant operating parameters, as well as the associated regulations and regulations. - Apply operation techniques of systems, equipment and instruments of electrical substations. - Perform first level preventive maintenance operations in electrical substations facilities under quality and safety conditions.

It develops its professional activity, on its own or foreign account, in the areas or departments of production or maintenance of companies of any size, public and private, related to the generation, transport and distribution of electricity, or that have high voltage facilities, as well as in industrial companies that carry out assembly and maintenance of electrical substations, functionally depending on a superior and being able to have their personal level of lower level.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the UF1777 Operation and Preventive Maintenance of First Level in Electrical Substations, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that they publish the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of energy and water, specifically in the management of the assembly and maintenance of electrical substations, within the professional area of electricity, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to the corrective maintenance of the first level of electrical substations.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
