Summary

The right to equality between women and men and non -discrimination is recognized in article 14 of the Spanish Constitution. In addition, the Workers' Statute includes in its article 28 that “the employer is obliged to pay for the provision of a work of equal value the same remuneration, directly or indirectly satisfied, and whatever the nature of the same, salary or extrastalarial, without any discrimination may occur due to sex in any of the elements or conditions of the latter. After the publication of Royal Decree 902/2020, of October 13, of remuneration equality between women and men, the existing obligation to make a remuneration record in all companies is created. With this course in remuneration equality you will know the concept of gender wage gap and its causes. And you will acquire the basic knowledge to comply with Royal Decree 902/2020, applying the principle of remuneration transparency through the four instruments: the remuneration records, the remuneration audit, the system of valuation of jobs and the right of information of the working people.

Goals

- Address various aspects related to equal opportunities in the company and eradication of discrimination due to sex. - Acquire the necessary knowledge to form in remuneration equality. - Know the indicators for measurement and calculation formulas of the gender salary gap. - Learn to make the remuneration registration and the remuneration audit in the company, following the current regulations (Royal Decree 902/2020, of October 13, of remuneration equality between women and men).
