Curriculum

Summary

This course facilitates students the necessary skills to exercise as an energy auditor in building, companies and industries since according to RD 56/2016 large companies have to carry out an audit every four years. In addition, according to RD 235/2013, all new construction buildings must have an energy efficiency certificate obtained through the Unified Leader Calener (Hulc) tool. Depending on its good use and knowing the parameters that most affect the qualification a letter adjusted to reality is obtained.

Goals

- Learn to perform energy audits according to Royal Decree 53/2016 and technical-economic viability studies of energy savings measures. - Prepare experts in the development of audits, inspection and energy certification. - Inspect projects and documentation for data acquisition to correctly introduce them into the unified tool Leider Calener for new construction buildings - Analyze the Technical Building Code and the Regulation of Thermal Installations in Energy Efficiency.

Professional opportunities

The course prepares you as an expert to develop your career in the areas of advice and audit of energy efficiency according to RD 56/2016, as well as in the Energy Efficiency Certification (RD 235/2013) of new construction buildings. Our students are addressed both to self -employment and to offer their services to engineering and architecture technical offices, as well as energy service companies (ECO, ESA).

Aimed at all those organizations (consultants, engineering and architecture studies) as well as those technicians (engineers, technical engineers, technical architects) who want to carry out compliance studies of the demand limitation (leader) as well as certification of new plant buildings (Calener).

Official Character

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
