The course in management processes provides key knowledge to develop professionally in the environment of the business productive system. This course gives you the necessary knowledge to manage these complex systems necessary to manage the available resources of the company and its passage through the production chain.

This course in management of the production processes aims to provide students with indispensable knowledge to know the functioning of the complex production process, emphasizing the management, simulation of operations, control and maintenance of the processes.

Aimed at those who have an equivalent degree or title in administration and management of interested companies in specializing in production management and those interested in starting in the production systems of a business organization.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
