Summary

They are the representation bodies that are responsible for the negotiations between an employer and a group of employees of the local administration that aims to establish good employment conditions and with it a collective agreement. Normally labor organizations or unions are those that represent employees in negotiation.

- Know the legal framework of official collective bargaining. - Understand the regime of participation of official personnel in determining their working conditions. - Identify the election system to the bodies of representation of personnel at the service of public administrations.
