Summary
Corporate well -being and happiness management has ceased to be a tendency to become an inexcusable need in every company that does not want to be left behind. This depends on its productivity, profitability and sustainability in the medium and long term. The impact of corporate well -being is not limited to the reduction of low costs and absenteeism and more effective risk prevention. It also has visible results immediately in performance and employer branding, with lower rotation and greater motivation and talent attraction. New Chief Happiness Officer (Cho) internal and external consultants are hired, and new skills are required. The Happiness Management course will form you to know how to lead from organizational happiness.

The Happiness Management course is addressed to directors and managers of human resources, managers, intermediate controls and personnel of the company that exercise a leadership role in their work and, in general, to all those people who want to develop skills and competences to manage organizational happiness in their company.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
