Summary
Thanks to this ongoing in high performance training you can know firsthand the anatomical and physiological bases of the movement. In addition, if you enroll in this training action you will learn the main knowledge and competences to develop professionally in the sports world, deepening and emphasizing the theory, practice and principles of high performance training, as well as sports techniques and tactics. When finished, the student will have knowledge to comment on content related to high performance training, in addition to knowing the training bases of the preparation of athletes and injuries, prevention and treatment.

With this course in high performance training you will have the possibility of learning everything that surrounds sports training from the anatomical and physiological bases of the movement to the training bases of the preparation of athletes.
