Throughout history, both the concept of disease and the treatments used have evolved from an etiology and therapy based on magic, spells and the intervention of the gods, to an etiology and rational therapy such as the one that is today. Thus, it is currently vital to carry out clinical analysis studies in human biological samples, following the standardized work protocols, acting under quality standards, security and environmental protection in the interpretation and assessment of technical results to serve as support for prevention, diagnosis, control of evaluation, treatment and research.

- Show the operation of a clinical analysis laboratory, distribution and basic factors to take into account. - Apply cleaning, disinfection, sterilization and conservation techniques of the basic materials, reagents and equipment of the clinical laboratory - Know the hygiene standards in the clinical laboratory. - Identify the basic techniques used in a clinical analysis laboratory, as well as properly manage sampling treatment, as well as transport. - Interpret the variations of the biological constants extracted from the clinical analysis samples. - Perform a correct evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and semientation of patients with hematological conditions. - Improve knowledge of the classification of different chemicals. - Perfect the specific knowledge of tumor and cardiac markers. - Appreciate the characteristics of the cells in the immune system, as well as the causes of autoimmunity and diseases. - Know the object and scope of the Occupational Risk Prevention Law. - Know largely the action protocols in case of an accident with biological risk.

With the realization of this course, students will be prepared to attend in the realization of elementary and normalized clinical analyzes. You will know all the basic principles of the Clinical Analysis Laboratory, its sections, materials, the standards of hygiene, cleaning, disinfection, sterilization and conservation of materials, as well as the techniques used in said laboratory and regarding the treatment of samples. You will acquire knowledge about the necessary procedures when performing the analysis of samples carried out in the laboratories of Microbiology, Hematology, Biochemistry, Immunology and Genetics.

This master is aimed at all those who are interested in working their professional future around clinical laboratories, as well as those who want to update their knowledge in this regard or, simply, who are interested in this subject.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
