This Master in Security and Defense Intelligence offers you a specialized training in the field. We must know that today private security is a very demanded profession in the sense that we constantly need the protection and help of personnel enabled and qualified for it. Personnel who are responsible for protecting and offering security to the people, heritage and businesses of the company or business group for which they are responsible. All this through the use of private resources.

- Know the Spanish legal system of private security. - Know the different laws, regulations and regulations that address private security. - Learn the measures to be adopted by private security personnel. - Know the different areas of application of private security personnel. - Know or know criminal and procedural law, as well as the rights of the citizen. - Identify the functions of a security guard. - Monitor and protect goods and people avoiding the commission of crimes and infractions. - Accompany people for the defense of their physical integrity.

It develops its activity in the area of security companies (large, medium and small), which offer their services in buildings, industrial polygons, urbanizations and both public and private facilities. Aimed at security guards entitled and with work experience who wish to obtain the certificate of professionalism through the accreditation of professional competences (R.D. 1224/2009).

This master's degree in intelligence in security and defense prepares the student to learn about the main notions about the field of private security. Focusing on learning the Spanish legal system and the different laws of private security, as well as seeking knowledge of the different areas of application of private security, as well as the measures to be known and the different regulations. On the other hand, the rights that must be known within private security, criminal and procedural law, and the right of citizens are studied. Likewise, prepare the student to acquire the basic knowledge to develop the different functions of a security guard, addressing their different characteristics and their areas of action.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
