Master Public Administration: Master in Organization and Management of Public Administration + University Degree (6 ECTS credits)

The public employee increasingly requires more of a continuous formative update due to both the modernization processes they experience and the greater decentralization claimed for the improvement in the provision of citizen services. In addition, the EU itself requires a constant training, preparation, and acquisition of competencies to the public employee to achieve good governance or governance practices. Through the present Master in Organization and Management of the Public Administration, students are offered complementary and recycling training for professionals and opponents in the field of the General State Administration, as well as other administrations.

Among the objectives of the Master in Management and Public Administration we highlight the following: - Know the sources of administrative law. - Acquire knowledge about the budget cycle. - Know the files of files and hiring. - Acquire knowledge about the General Public Accounting Plan. - Know the organs of personal representation of the official and collective bargaining. - Know the main regulations of our country, the Spanish Constitution, and then be able to deepen those knowledge about the General Courts. - Study the main characteristics related to the territorial organization of the State. - Learn the main structure of the General State Administration, and then deepen it, and get to know its components. - Observe how the financial control of the State Administration is carried out. - Present the most prominent novelties on the Public Sector Contract Law. - Deepen the legal classification of public sector contracts. - Know the elements of public sector contracts. - Deepen the price of public sector contracts - address the contracting phase - Know the procedure and administrative act: concept and function. - Know the types of administrative acts and the use of electronic means in administrative processes. - Analyze the legal system emanating from the Constitution and the statutes of autonomy, as well as the sources of administrative law. - Analyze the organization of the State and public administrations, established in the Constitution, as well as that of the European Union institutions, through the corresponding regulations. - Apply the legislation in budgetary and contractual matters for the preparation and processing of budget hiring and execution files. - Perform accounting operations of an administrative unit, in accordance with the General Public Accounting Plan and using the corresponding computer application. - Analyze administrative tasks linked to economic and budgetary management in public administrations. - Apply, in the most significant cases, the legislation on human resources for the preparation and processing of type files. - Apply administrative procedures related to the selection, training and promotion of human resources in accordance with current legislation. - Analyze current regulations in hiring human resources in Public Administrations for official and labor personnel - Prepare payroll applying current legislation and using computer applications for the management of payrolls and social insurance - Analyze administrative, labor, union and fiscal regulations Occupational Risk Prevention Legislation in Public Administrations.

This State Organization course and operation of the General State Administration prepares you to know the main characteristics of the Organization of Spain and know the structure and operation of the Administration.

This course is aimed at those people who are wrapped in the General State Administration, or who have a special interest in knowing these fundamental characteristics of the organization of our country.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
