Summary
The role played by the public sector is considered indispensable for the development of the welfare state, and this in turn depends mainly on the occupation rate that occurs in each company. Therefore, there is no doubt about the importance of hiring in the public sector for a good development of the welfare state. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary notions to acquire the theoretical knowledge and practical means to be able to operate with contracting files, presenting the most prominent aspects of the legal regulation of public hiring and knowing the specialties referring to local entities.
