Summary

ISO 9001 specifies the requirements for a quality management system that can be used for internal application by organizations, regardless of whether the product or service provides a public organization or private company, whatever its size, for certification or for contractual purposes. In short, with this course the student will learn everything necessary, both methods and techniques for a good quality management function in different types of companies and existing identities, as well as the realization of quality systems audits according to ISO 9001, in the professional field.

The objectives to be achieved with the realization of this ISO 9001 course are the following: - Learn the basic concepts of quality management, together with the evolution and development of it. - Understand the difference between quality in industrial companies and service companies. - Know the origin and meaning of the concept of total quality. - Know the importance of audits of quality management systems, the methodology they use for their realization, objectives and scope that they have for a company. - Know the main stages of the implementation of the total quality management system in a company. - Study the meaning and functions of the European model of business excellence (EFQM). - Belshing with the concept of ISO 9000 standards and discover how important they are for the management of total quality.
