Summary

Following the reform published by Law 8/2021, of June 2, which reforms civil and procedural legislation for the support of persons with disabilities in the exercise of their legal capacity, the judicial disappointment remains aside. The law has meant a before and after, in what to the exercise of the legal capacity of persons with disabilities. Currently, people with disabilities have recovered legal capacity leading to the disappearance of figures such as parental authority extended or rehabilitated, or guardianship over persons of legal age with disabilities. Goals
