Summary

This course provides the knowledge required to function professionally in the environment of the Operations Directorate and the planning and control of the strategic and tactical aspects related to it. This course allows you to deepen the planning of the production, product design, demand forecast, the location of the facilities or the administration of changes and project management. This course provides the basic knowledge about the different areas that can be part of the function of operating management in any company of any productive sector.

- Know the basic principles related to the Directorate of Operations. - Know what the fundamentals of demand and production design are. - Study the fundamental aspects of the design of products and productive processes. - Acquire knowledge of tactical activities such as inventory management or project control.
