Aquagym MONITOR COURSE + Formators Training (Double degree with 5 ECTS + Federated Card)

The term "Aquagym", of English etymology that comes to mix the terms ‘gymnastics’ and ‘water’, already brings us closer to a definition of the concept. It is therefore an aerobic variant within the aquatic environment. The benefits of this practice are numerous. The inclusion of this practice in our society is growing. Its success, especially in elderly population sectors or that have suffered some type of joint or muscle damage. This course offers us the necessary training to be able to exercise as a Aquagym monitor. In addition, the trainer of trainers aims to train teaching staff for the development of different training actions such as official continuous training plans, official non -regulated training or occupational professional training. The Spanish Fitness Federation accredits only the contents referring to physical activity, any mention to technical-tactical aspects is outside its competences and accreditation.

- Enter the history of swimming. - Know the development and different methodologies that can be used in swimming. - Learn the different approaches and applications of aquatic activities. - Know and put into practice some pedagogical considerations for Aquagym monitors. - Know the techniques and apply them of aquatic fitness. - Create educational aquatic activities. - Know the different basic techniques and styles most used in swimming. - Acquire knowledge regarding first aid and aquatic rescue. - Acquire the necessary capacities to perform teachers' functions in a private training or academy. - Acquire the pedagogical and didactic competences necessary for the design, planning, management and implementation of a training plan, both in the business field and in the unregulated official training.

This Aquagym MONITOR COURSE + Training Training is aimed at all those who are dedicated to the world of physical and sports activities or any person interested in training or exercising as a Aquagym or Training monitor.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
