MF2149-3 course partition and finished works, and building facilities

In the field of building and civil works, it is necessary to know the different fields of the control of the execution of building works, within the professional area of projects and follow -ups. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for partition and finishes works, and building facilities.

- Distinguish the configuration possibilities offered by the different partition and background systems of factories, recognizing their elements and type configurations, associating their application fields and identifying their execution conditions. - Distinguish the configuration possibilities offered by the different partition systems and transfused in Pyls and the removable technical systems, recognizing their elements and type configurations, associating their application fields and identifying their execution conditions. -Distinguish the configuration possibilities offered by the facilities in building -Distribution and evacuation of water, air conditioning, electricity, gas and others-, recognizing its elements and type configurations, and identifying their assembly conditions. - Identify the assembly conditions of the different facilities systems in building, specifying the associated protection requirements. - Distinguish the configuration possibilities offered by the different technical systems of soils and ceilings in building, associating their application fields and identifying their placement conditions. -Distinguish the possibilities of coating with both rigid pieces -Lead, talled and adhesion plays-, as with pasta and mortars -enhanced, gyps' garnishes, plaster, plastering, revocal and mono -capas- in building, associating their fields of application and identifying the execution conditions. - Distinguish the possibilities of coating through prefabricated and wood or similar materials, both for horizontal walls and in light pavements, associating their application fields and identifying the installation conditions. - Distinguish the possibilities of coating through building paintings, associating their fields of application and identifying the execution conditions. - Apply checks on the status of supports and stays and on environmental conditions prior to the execution of partition systems and finishes in new construction, proposing treatments and primers to support. - Apply organization and supervision techniques in the execution of partitions, facilities and finishes.

He develops his activity in the execution area, as a salaried worker in small, medium and large private companies, under the direction and supervision of a production manager and/or a construction manager, or an manager -when he integrated into the organization chart as a foreman. Organize and supervise their own workers and the different subcontracts. Collaborates in risk prevention within its scope of responsibility, being able to perform the basic function of occupational risk prevention.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF2149_3 partition and finished works, and building facilities, certifying having exceeded the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which it will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that they publish the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals from the world of energy and water, more specifically those linked to the management of efficient water use, and all those interested in acquiring knowledge for partition and finished works, and building facilities.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
