MF0341-3 course methods of chemical analysis

At present, market competition is considered as the main factor when developing chemical analysis. The new creations make it essential to organize and apply techniques and methods of chemical and instrumental analysis, on subjects and products, oriented to quality and research control, acting under standards of good laboratory, personal and environmental security practices. Therefore, this course is intended to provide the theoretical-practical knowledge to perform analysis by chemical methods, evaluating and informing the results.

- Determine the chemical nature of a substance identifying its organic or inorganic character, its physicochemical characteristics, interactions and reactivity in isolated conditions and with other substances. - Perform the preparation of reagents, materials, necessary equipment and waste elimination. - Propose qualitative and quantitative determinations for each substance object of analysis in relation to the needs required for analytical control. - Apply techniques that allow qualitatively demonstrating analyzes in relation to their chemical properties, detection limits, interference, the matrices in which they are and the precise physicochemical conditions. - Perform quantitative chemical analysis by applying test procedures. - Assess the results obtained from the analytical tests, establishing conclusions based on references defined for the analyzed sample.

This analyst will exercise its activity in companies or laboratories from different sectors, in which chemical and instrumental analysis is needed to check the quality levels of the samples to analyze or investigate new analysis procedures to respond to new situations, or improve the efficiency and/or effectiveness of the procedures in force.

This formation is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF0341_3 training methods of chemical analysis certifying having overcome the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those interested either on a personal or professional level in regards to chemical analysis specifically in acquiring knowledge related to chemical analysis methods.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
