MF0983-3 Course Management of Meetings, Travel and Events

At present, in the world of administration and management and within the Professional Area of Information and Communication Management, more specifically in the assistance to the management, it is very important to know the different processes for which they are carried out. Therefore, with this course it is about providing the necessary knowledge to know the management of meetings, trips and events.

- Organize own activities and management with pro-activity, coordinating the agendas of the people involved, managing time efficiently and maintaining the corporate image. - Manage the services and material resources of your scope of action, negotiating the hiring conditions, controlling the execution of the budget and the documentary process, in order to ensure your availability. - Organize corporate meetings and events in accordance with the guidelines received, the culture and objectives of the organization, negotiating the conditions with the intervening people, in order to achieve the defined results and the improvement of the quality of the service. - Negotiate in the National and International Travel Organization, attending to the sets set and complying with internal standards, achieving maximum profitability and efficiency in its development and improvement of service quality.

It develops its professional activity, in large and medium -sized companies, both nationally and multinational, public and private, as well as in public administration and in international and non -governmental international organizations. It is a technician who acts depending on and as an assistant to the management and those responsible for the management and administration bodies, being able to make decisions with autonomy and responsibility by delegation.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF0983_3 Management of meetings, trips and events certifying having exceeded the different competition units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those who are dedicated to the world of administration and management, more specifically in the assistance to the management, within the professional area of information and communication management that intend to obtain knowledge related to the management of meetings, trips and events.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
