Sustainable upper business university development course (university degree + 8 ECTS credits)

At present, the need on the part of all kinds of organizations, to incorporate corporate social responsibility criteria and policies, in its business strategy, in order to increase its competitiveness. Therefore, the acquisition of knowledge about existing management tools for the implementation of RSC policies and deepen their fundamental concepts is vitally important.

- Know the fundamental aspects of the concept of sustainable development and the main environmental problems of the planet - Know what are the main problems related to the generation of waste in today's society - Analyze the importance that in the creation of value, has the development of the green, sustainable and responsible economy. - Study the principles of action of reverse logistics - Know what the product reuse options are, within the framework of reverse logistics. - Understand the conceptual framework of the RSC and its role in the sustainable company. - Understand the policies and strategies available to organizations to incorporate the RSC into their management. - Improve understanding with the different interest groups, related to the business organization. - Know the tools available to practice the principles of the RSC and know how to communicate them to their interest groups.

This training action enables the student for the administration of RSC's policies and plans in sustainable business environments, especially in SMEs that wish to enhance this aspect of their management and performance within the framework of sustainable development, in addition to specialized consultants, advice, communication departments, human resources departments, marketing departments, etc.

This training action enables the student for the management of the strategic lines of sustainable development policies and plans in the framework of corporate social responsibility, in all kinds of organizations, thanks to the knowledge of the main legal, ethical, procedural and business aspects, which are involved in said process. It also provides information on one of the main standards in the field (RS10) and practical application models of sustainable development and RSC, such as reverse logistics.

The course is aimed at those professionals from any type of business environment, who are interested in the field of corporate social responsibility, in the development of models of sustainable companies and in the benefits that these practices reports to the field of business.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
