Summary
Food manipulation encompasses, in addition to a theoretical-practical preparation, an awareness of safety measures and an application of healthy practices with direct effects towards the consumer/client. Thanks to the course, the student will reach a global and complete vision composed of the compendium of functions and concepts that surround the field of food security and food handling. We approach the awareness of all professionals in the food field of the importance of their work, on their good practices, since they depend on them, to a large extent, that food security in the population is extended.

Through this course, the student will know in depth everything related to food security, diseases that are transmitted through the misuse or treatment of food (legionellosis, for example), all focusing on the current regulatory framework that supports all kinds of adequate actions for the maintenance of food safety and food handling. We will know how good practices are carried out around cleaning and disinfection, as well as the keys to the implementation and maintenance of a critical hazard analysis system (APPCC).

This course is aimed at all those professionals who have some relationship with food in their work task. In general, those who want to enter the food world, already have previous knowledge about it or not.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
