UF1643 Course Management and Control of Information Systems

In the field of computer science and communication, it is necessary to know the different fields of information management systems, within the professional area. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for management and control of information systems.

- Determine the access to the information management system using specific tools, according to given functional needs and specifications. - Apply audit procedures and incident resolution in the information management system, according to given needs. - Maintain information flow processes in the information management system, according to given specifications. - Use the tools for building information flows, to be implemented in the information management system according to specifications given in the design. - Identify and protect corporate records and contents, using specific tools in order to organize and ensure the life cycle of the documents, from its creation to their last provision, as well as personal access restrictions. - Interpret the technical documentation inherent to the tools used in the implementation and integration of information flows and registration management in information management systems.

It develops its professional activity both on their own, and on account of others in public or private companies or entities of any size, which have intranet, internet or extranet networks infrastructure, in the area of development of the computer department.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the UF1643 training unit management and control of the information systems, certifying having overcome the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of computer science and communications, specifically in information management systems, within the professional area, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the management and control of information systems.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
