Functional Anatomy Course: Functional corrective exercise (university degree + 8 ECTS credits)

Thanks to the course in corrective and functional exercise you will achieve the necessary notions to help patients with pathologies both in lower and back members through strength, stability exercises and ultimately through activities that help them improve their coordination, balance and body scheme. Because most current works involve spending hours and hours, this course will help you correct those unwanted positions in customers that require your services. Apart from improving ergonomics at work, they must perform exercises to enhance their postural hygiene in their free time. In this way they will improve their raquis and avoid possible anatomical misalignments.

- Know the anatomy applied to movement. - Work the correction of positions through the functional corrective method. - Evaluate the static and dynamic postures of patients. - Develop individualized training sessions, adapted to the pathology of each client. - Inquire in healthy life aspects so that the client works inside and outside your sessions.

Professional outputs of this corrective year are all those related to the scope of physical activity and health such as: Personal, Technical Fitness coach, Sports Coach, Readaptor/A Sports, etc. In short, you will have access to the work world of private companies in the sports sector and rehabilitation.

This course in functional corrective exercise prepares you to face the needs of customers with specific pathologies such as lordosis, scoliosis or kyphosis among others. It will provide you with the key knowledge to be able to address the necessary adaptations that each session requires. Likewise, you can create different training schedules so that your customers improve their quality of life.

This course in functional corrective exercise is aimed at all those related to both physical activity and health. The objective is to complement the previous degree formations to be able to work with a group of people with specific pathologies on back and lower train to be able to correct their anatomical misalignments.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
