MF1027_3 course: MF1027_3 Social Skills and Group Dynamics Course

During childhood it will be vital to know thoroughly the needs and obligations of the little ones to offer them an education and a series of indispensable values for a proper physical and emotional development. Social skills in childhood are a set of behavioral competences that enable to maintain positive social relationships with others and face the demands of the environment effectively and thus contribute to the acceptance of equals and social adaptation. This course will provide the student with the knowledge necessary to establish and maintain fluid relationships with the educational community and coordinate with families, the educational team and with other professionals.

- Select social relationship skills with children, families, and other professionals. - Promote group work in a professional environment and the development of dynamization processes with children. - Describe the employment the techniques and knowledge to favor the communication of professionals with their environment. - Describe and apply dynamization techniques of adult groups and children from zero to six years. - Recognize and define the rules established to solve problems and make decisions about their own performance or that of other people involved within the scope of their competence.

It develops its activity in companies or institutions such as: children's schools, educational centers, children's leisure center, school farms, protected minors centers, hospital classrooms, play libraries, libraries. Its activity is located in areas of design, programming, development and evaluation of teaching activities and formal and non -formal education activities. It is located, fundamentally in the programming, organization, development and evaluation functions of the different intervention proposals. Its activity is regulated by the educational administration.

This course will provide the student with the necessary knowledge to establish and maintain fluid relationships with the educational community and coordinate with the families, the educational team and with other professionals. The present training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1027_3 social skills and groups. The non -formal training, via which will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
