MF1240_2 COURSE Manual fiber preparation and tincture techniques

In the field of textile, preparation and skin, it is necessary to know the different fields of conservation and restoration of tapestries and carpets, within the professional area production of threads and tissues. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to manually prepare and dye natural textile fibers.

- Deduct the natural fiber tincture processes to dye fabrics and threads by manual procedures, for the manufacture and restoration of tapestries and carpets. - Apply preparation techniques prior to tincture and, where appropriate, the tincture of natural textile materials by manual procedures, for use in textile elaboration and restoration. - Apply entertainment techniques and finishes of natural textile materials and, where appropriate, perform the pre -tincture preparation through elimination by manual procedures of prepos and finishes, for use in the restoration of textile pieces. - Apply solution preparation techniques for discouraged or disappointed treatments, elimination of prepares and finishes and realization of manual procedures, using the instruments and equipment indicated in the technical tab, as well as storing and conserving the chemicals used. - Apply dye techniques by manual procedures to threads and natural fiber tissues, for use in the manufacture or restoration of textile parts. - Apply maintenance and preparation techniques of instruments and equipment, as well as store and conserve the chemicals used in natural textile materials treatments, aimed at manufacturing and restoration of textile parts.

He plays his professional activity in medium and small businesses, or on his own, which develop activities in the textile sector of conservation and repair of old and use tapestries and carpets. It operates according to established procedures, following instructions and under the supervision of higher controls.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1240_2 training module Techniques of preparation and manual tincture of natural fibers, certifying having overcome the different competition units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at textile, preparation and skin professionals, specifically in assistance to the conservation and restoration of tapestries and carpets, within the professional area production of threads and fabrics, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge necessary to manually prepare and dye natural textile fibers.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
