Summary

After the publication of Royal Decree 901/2020 and 901/2020, on plans for equality and remuneration equality, the obligation to carry out an equal plan in the company is created. The course of plans for equality and diversity in the company aims to facilitate students the necessary keys for the elaboration and implementation of the Equality Plan in the company. In addition, you will acquire the necessary knowledge to manage diversity in the organization and create highly productive work teams. It is a training totally focused on the current needs of companies that must create inclusion, equality and diversity policies as part of their business strategy.

Goals

- Analyze the applicable regulations for the realization of plans and equality. - Determine the importance of collective bargaining as an instrument for the promotion of equal opportunities. - Know the foundations of the regulation in which the Equality Plan must be founded in the company. - Explain the process of elaboration and implementation of the Equality Plan in the company. Address aspects related to salary equality in the company and the eradication of discrimination due to sex. - Acquire the necessary knowledge to form in remuneration equality. - Learn to make the remuneration registration and the remuneration audit in the company, following the current regulations. - Know the inclusive language that allows you to eliminate any discrimination in the organization. - Manage diversity in the company correctly.

You can work in human resources departments, corporate social responsibility, consulting and auditing companies, as well as in public bodies, with the obligation to comply with the elaboration of the equality and diversity plan, as well as respond to the legal requirements in the field of information on remuneration and gender salary gap.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
