Summary
The union delegate is a worker chosen by the company of the company or work center affiliated with the union in question, which aims to carry out the representation of a union section of the company in charge of the internal coordination of the section, as well as its connection with the union. The law determines the conditions that must be given in every company or work center to be able to choose a union delegate among workers. Through this course of union delegate, students will know everything related to this figure, from their deficion to their functions in the company, through the sources of labor law that govern it.
