UF1475 Course assembly and interconnection of the pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical elements of elevators and other fixed elevation and transport equipment

In the field of installation and maintenance, it is necessary to install and maintain elevators and other lifting and transport equipment within the professional area of machinery and industrial equipment. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the assembly and interconnection of the pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical elements of elevators and other fixed elevation and transport equipment.

- Assemble hydraulic and elevator tire and other fixed lifting and transport equipment, performing its tuning, based on technical specifications. - Analyze the operation of the electrical installations used in elevators and other fixed lifting and transport equipment, using their technical documentation. - Mount electrical tables and electrical installations for elevators and fixed elevation and transport equipment, based on technical documentation, applying the low voltage electrotechnical regulation and acting under rules of occupational risk prevention.

It develops its professional activity in the area of engineering or technical office that serves to the department of projects of companies of the public and private sectors related to the support, elevation and transport facilities, such as cranes, forklifts, elevators, conveyor belts, mobile food and transportation platforms, storage systems, automated feeding and palletization, among others.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the UF1475 Formative Unit assembly and interconnection of the pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical elements of elevators and other fixed elevation and transport equipment certifying having overcome the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which will corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of installation and maintenance, more specifically to the installation and maintenance of elevators and other fixed elevation and transport equipment, within the professional area of machinery and industrial equipment and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the assembly and interconnection of the pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical elements of elevators and other fixed elevation and transport equipment.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
