UF2686 Course Analysis of the work environment and labor relations management from a gender perspective

In the field of sociocultural and community services, it is necessary to know the different fields of promotion for the effective equality of women and men, within the professional area training and education. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the analysis of the work environment and labor relations from the gender perspective.

- Determine the process to follow to detect demands, offers, services and potential employment deposits in an intervention environment indicating how to transmit the information obtained to the professionals responsible for establishing the actions to be developed. - Analyze the conditions that allow women to create, access and permanence in employment establishing information processes for situations that require it. - Propose processes to inform and sensitize entities and individuals regarding conciliation of personal, family and work life and its impact on health and time management, from a gender perspective.

It develops its professional activity on behalf of others in the public and private sphere, in collaboration with the intervention team and from the direct supervision of the competent person of higher level. Likewise, it detects situations of inequality and the needs derived from it, organizing and transferring the relevant information in the subject of their specialty, both to the reference population and to higher level professionals, to promote and guide actions in the field of effective equality of women and men, and prevent discrimination of the female population. In the development of professional activity, universal accessibility principles are applied in accordance with current legislation.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF2686 Analysis of the work environment and labor relations from the gender perspective, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which it will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that they publish the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of sociocultural services and the community, specifically in promotion for the effective equality of women and men, within the professional area training and education, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the analysis of the work environment and management of labor relations from the gender perspective.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
