Volunteer Technical Course

Currently, volunteering plays a key role in the implementation of all kinds of programs and actions, such as those oriented to development cooperation, within the third sector. Through the present course for volunteering, students are offered all knowledge in the field of volunteer management, cooperation to the development and management of social projects necessary to perform these functions at the professional level in all types of organizations and entities. In addition, it will obtain an overview of all legal, fiscal and administrative aspects that affect the daily management of foundations, associations and NGOs.

Among the objectives of the course for volunteering we highlight the following: - Perform an introduction to the field of volunteering and development cooperation. - Know the applicable regulatory framework in volunteer and development cooperation. - Identify the main intervention sectors in the field of volunteering. - Learn to elaborate and implement a volunteer management plan. - Learn to design, prepare, manage and evaluate a social project. - Manage and direct an association, NGOs or other non -profit entities. - Plan and organize resources in associations, NGOs or other entities. - Knowing how to plan the provisional economic-financial issue of economic activity in associations, NGOs or other entities. - Apply participatory group techniques in community intervention. - Manage voluntary entities. - Know the coaching techniques and management leadership in associations, NGOs or other entities.

Thanks to the course for volunteering you can develop the professional knowledge and skills necessary to manage volunteering and development cooperation programs, for which you will know both the applicable regulations in both environments and the process to follow in the management of social projects.

This course for volunteering is addressed to students, professionals and graduates interested in developing their professional career in the third sector, as well as volunteers or workers in the sector who want to expand or update their knowledge.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
