Objectives

- Know and manage the main legislative sources of labor law. - Know the different means available in human resources departments to be able to change the working conditions of workers or terminate their contracts. - Know and manage the protective action of social security in particular, managing all social security benefits, their requirements and the way to quantify them, widow's, orphan's and retirement pensions. - Know the different types of social security contingencies for active workers who suffer an accident, illness or non-professional pathological process. - Know the different types of suspension of the employment contract in the Workers' Statute. - Know how the contract can be terminated by both the employer and the worker. Know how to establish the different compensations and jurisdictional controversies in the social order. - Make salary and payroll payments. Knowing how to introduce a temporary disability or a strike process and ensure that this incident is reflected in the workers' payroll. Likewise, be able to manage statistics and reports in human resources departments through the program.

This training is in accordance with the training itinerary of the Training Module MF0237_3 Administrative Management of Labor Relations, certifying having passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the Professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will opt to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
