Aerobic and Step Monitor Course

In the Aerobic and the STEP a physical activity is performed that implies a high dose of energy expenditure through dance or the monitoring of danceable routines or choreographies that put the organism in motion and allow to spend many calories, so it has become a widespread sport today throughout the world's population. With this course, the necessary guidelines will be learned to correctly develop this type of physical activity, in addition, continue to extend its benefits to all people who are interested in it.

- Know the parts of the human body involved in movement - Know what the metabolic substrates are involved in physical exercise - Learn the adaptations that the body performs when physical exercise is done - Acquire the necessary knowledge to carry out adequate food - learn the characteristics that the aerobic and STEP have as sports - know how aerobics - know the possible injuries that can occur, in order to prevent them

The course allows the student to acquire the necessary knowledge to be able to perform in the proper way, both the stretching and heating necessary for any physical exercise that is carried out, and to know correctly the steps of an Aerobic or Step class. In short, with the course the necessary guidelines will be obtained to be able to develop the activity through the most appropriate techniques and exercises.

This course is aimed at professionals or future professionals who develop their work within a sports context, and more specifically, within the scope of aerobic physical exercise. The course is also focused for non -expert people who are interested in learning this type of sports or who want to carry it out autonomously.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
