This certification in elaboration and design of the risk assessment prepares you to precisely evaluate the risks associated with loan products and mortgages. After completing it, you can analyze the solvency of the borrowers and design real estate loans. When exceeding the course and the official exam, you will be enabled to exercise in the financial field with training and competence certified by the Bank of Spain.

The certification in elaboration and design of the risk assessment is aimed at personnel that are occupied or participated in the elaboration or design of the credit risk assessment systems or design and develop real estate loan products that wish to obtain the necessary training and certification to exercise the profession.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
