Summary
Customer service is one of the fundamental pillars of the competitive capacity of companies in the globalized environment in which they operate. Correctly managing complaints and claims is as important, as the understanding of the concept of relational marketing when creating and developing loyalty towards our organization, by our customers and users. This course of complaints and claims management in the services sector offers you a specialized training in the field, developing skills, managing specialized tools, constantly improving treatment with the client and the treatment of these incidents, from the point of view of maintaining adequate levels of excellence in public service.
