COURSE IN MANAGEMENT OF COMMUNITIES OF OWNERS

The management of communities of owners is an ambiguous area. We launched this formative action, to cover the lack of knowledge about the management of communities of owners, obligations of the same and possible external managers that can hire the owners' meetings. The tendency to live in communities is increasing which influences relations between neighbors. This trend creates the need for the management of the communities of owners and therefore resort to professionals to avoid legal problems. This training is intended for communities administrators so that they can develop their professional work, in the various sectors (real estate, appraisal societies, banks, financial entities and real estate advice), also aimed at the management of neighborhood communities as administrator.
