Objectives

- Carry out internal supply operations for goods, interpreting technical sheets or alternative procedures and formalizing the vouchers or documents provided. - Identify and correctly arrange the goods, utensils and tools necessary to make combined dishes and simple appetizers. - Apply simple techniques for regeneration, preparation and presentation of combined dishes and simple appetizers, based on the information provided, following the appropriate procedures and complying with food handling standards. - Identify the conservation methods and appropriate storage places for the preparations and apply them, taking into account their assigned destination or consumption, the nature of their components and the handling rules. - Participate in quality improvement throughout the process.

This training is in accordance with the training itinerary of the Training Unit UF0057 Preparation of Combined Dishes and Appetizers, certifying that you have passed the different Competence Units included in it, and is aimed at accrediting the professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will be eligible to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
