Childhood constitutes a vital stage in which food plays a main role for the development of the child, a correct food, both at the nutritional level and at the level of health and safety, is essential for them to grow healthy and to avoid eating diseases and risks, which can generate a serious health problem in children. Food safety is intended to guarantee products hygiene to avoid any type of food risk that can endanger the health of people. For this reason, it is vitally important to take into account the hygienic-health conditions that must be carried out in the dining rooms of schools and children's centers to avoid any health problem in children, especially in terms of control of allergies and intolerances. For this reason, this course offers the protocols and conditions that must be met, mandatory, children's centers.
