INAH0310 course elaboration of soft drinks and packed drinks (full professional certificate)

In the field of the world of the food industry it is necessary to know the different fields for the elaboration of soft drinks and waters packaged, within the professional area of beverage. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to carry out the operations of receipt, storage of raw materials, elaboration and bottling of soft drinks and packaging waters, as well as the application of subsequent conservation treatments, under the conditions established in the procedure and quality manuals.

- Receive and control the raw and auxiliary materials necessary for the production process in soft drinks and in packaged drinks and carry out the storage and issuance of finished products. - Perform physical and physical-chemical treatments of raw materials, to adapt them to the specific conditions of drinking water production. - Prepare mixtures of bases and concentrates to obtain the different products involved in the elaboration of soft drinks. - Control the packaging and beverage conditioning process.

It develops its activity in the refreshing drinks industry and beverage waters. It is generally medium -sized or large bottling companies. This professional is integrated, as a technical or controller responsible for a phase or stage of the production process, in a work team with other people of their same or lower category, depending on an intermediate command. Mainly develop its activity in functional areas of warehouse for reception of raw materials and auxiliaries, in finished product warehouse, as well as in the syrup rooms, water and sugar treatment rooms, production lines, packaging and packaging.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the Professional Certificate INAH0310 Preparation of soft drinks and beverage waters certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of food industries, specifically in the elaboration of soda and packed drink waters, within the professional area of beverage, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the elaboration of soft drinks and packed drink waters.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
