Master of Permanent Training in Agile Methodology and Digital Transformation + 60 ECTS credits

The following master is designed with the objective that students acquire knowledge, techniques and main skills about some of the most effective, innovative and used methodologies used in the management of large projects. Agile methodologies have become fundamental to adapt to changes and have sufficient flexibility forever to create value in projects.

- Know the complete agile approach to management and work, and appreciate their differences with respect to the classical or traditional approach - Know the most used methodologies for agile management of projects, services and work teams - Understand the relationship between digital transformation and agilia, and why the agile approach is correct in this context - Know the practices available for agile project management - Know the practices available for agile management for services - Lean approach, and application examples - Know the Design Thinking work method, and its integration with Lean and Agile - relate AGILE fields as knowledge, construction, technology, data, etc.

With this master you will acquire all the necessary knowledge included in the framework, which is the “de facto” approach in the context of digital transformation, we will see the differences and their advantages with respect to the traditional approach, and we will see that it is the answer in contexts with uncertainty and high rate of change. Throughout the Master we will build an arsenal of practices, techniques, tools, knowledge, examples and advice to apply to day -to -day problems to manage changes, services, projects and teams of people.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
