MF1425-2 Course Management of tools, techniques and skills for the provision of a telecare service

At present, in the world of sociocultural services and the community and within the professional area of social care, more specifically in the management of telecare calls, it is very important to know the different processes. Therefore, with this course it is about providing the necessary knowledge to know the management of tools, techniques and skills for the provision of a telecare service.

- Give attention to the demands of the users of the telecare service handling the telematic tools that allow the communication and management of calls. - Facilitate communication with users and organizations related to the mobilization of resources, using communicative techniques to favor the provision of service, considering the protocols, regulations and good professional practices. - Face the crisis situations generated in the telecare service using psychosocial skills to allow telephone attention. - Facilitate the provision of the telecare service managing teamwork skills, to promote horizontal and vertical communication in it.

It develops its professional activity in the public and private sphere, on behalf of others, in any organization that has an care center for the provision of telecare services, under the supervision of the competent professional of higher level. In the development of professional activity, universal accessibility principles are applied in accordance with current legislation.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the module MF1425_2 Management of tools, techniques and skills for the provision of a telecare service certifying having exceeded the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which it will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those who are dedicated to the world of sociocultural services and the community, more specifically to the management of telecare calls, within the professional area Social Attention that intends to obtain knowledge related to the management of tools, techniques and skills for the provision of a telecare service.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
