MF1810-2 Course intensive saprophyte mushrooms

In the field of agrarian it is necessary to know the different fields of the production and collection of mushrooms and truffles within the professional area of agriculture, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to perform the intensive cultivation of saprophytes mushrooms

- Obtain planting mycelium for the cultivation of the different species of saprophytes, following the established protocols and instructions received, and in accordance with the current applicable regulations, including the prevention of occupational and environmental risks. - Prepare the substrate for the cultivation of the different species of saprophyte mushrooms to avoid contamination, applying the established protocols and instructions received, and in accordance with the current applicable regulations, including the prevention of occupational and environmental risks. - Sow and incubate the mycelium in the different types of substrates for its transfer to the production or marketing room, following the established protocols and instructions received, and in accordance with the current applicable regulations, including the prevention of occupational and environmental risks. - Perform the monitoring and control of the culture of the different species of saprophyte mushrooms in the production room to obtain mushrooms in optimal conditions, in accordance with the programming, instruction received and the current applicable regulations, including the prevention of occupational and environmental risks. - Collect, select and condition the different species of saprophyte mushrooms for conservation until packaging or marketing, attending to quality criteria and in accordance with the applicable regulations in force, including the prevention of occupational and environmental risks. - Pack and label the different species of saprophyte mushrooms in different types of containers for transport to their commercialization, attending to quality criteria, and in accordance with the applicable regulations in force, including the prevention of occupational and environmental risks.

It develops its professional activity in the area of production of companies, public and private, both on their own and of others, dedicated to the production of mushrooms and truffles, mycorrhized plants and fungal collection, depending functional and hierarchically of a superior and being able to be in their lower level personal.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1810_2 formative module intensive cultivation of saprophytes, certifying having overcome the different competition units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the agrarian world specifically in the production and collection of mushrooms and truffles within the professional area of agriculture, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to obtaining the mycelium to perform the intensive culture of saprophytes mushrooms

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
