Summary

In the field of extractive industries, it is necessary to know the different fields of the development and supervision of restoration works, within the professional area of natural stone. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the elaboration of budgets of restoration projects of natural stone works and the proposal and development of projects for restoration of works and sets in natural stone.

Goals

- Develop restoration project budgets, identifying the work units and making measurements and calculations of unitary, partial and total prices, collecting all the processes and materials to be used. - Describe the structure of a budget of a natural stone restoration work, identifying the main chapters that constitute it. - Perform budgets using general calculation computer programs and specific construction programs. - Identify project restoration projects and sets of natural stone, recognizing its structure and content, as well as the labor relations and the regulations that conditions its development - Develop project restoration projects and conjunos of natural stone, relating the different works to be carried out and the techniques and methodologies to be used with the necessary material and human resources
