Summary

Adequate personnel management is a necessary condition for the good organization and achievement of the success of a company. In this course we present the necessary knowledge to carry out a correct planning of the organizational management of the Human Resources Department. We will talk about the importance of template planning, this being the most representative function of the Human Resources Department and whose basic management processes are made up of the planning and analysis of jobs. We also offer content related to the description and analysis of jobs, defining in a clear and simple way the tasks that are going to be carried out in a certain position and the factors that are necessary to carry them out successfully, as well as it is also about all the concepts and knowledge related to the recruitment and selection of the personnel we offer a training adapted to their needs, completely online and flexible so that it can combine it with its work and their personal life.
