Summary

That is why it is necessary to know the basic functioning of the elements that make up the computer equipment available in the development of administrative activity, in order to guarantee its operation. With this course the student will learn the necessary knowledge to manage the file in conventional and computer support and the techniques used in reception and communication with customers.

- Identify the functional structure of type and public administration, distinguishing information flows in oral or written communications, in person, telematics or electronic, and their means of channeling. - Apply oral, face -to -face or telematic communication techniques, transmitting information according to the usual uses and socio -professional customs of organizations and type interlocutors. - Apply the process of receiving, welcoming and registration of visits in type situations developing convenient communication skills in each of the phases. - Apply written communication techniques in the writing and completion of information and documentation, official or private, through the use of office and electronic means. - Apply public and private registration techniques, and information and documentation distribution, facilitating access, security and confidentiality. - Identify the components of the file system equipment - computer equipment, operating systems, networks, elements and file containers. - Use the benefits of operating systems and of the usual use archive in the organizational field, creating and maintaining an organized and useful structure to the file objectives set by achieving their optimization. - Apply the techniques of registration and archive of the information, public and/or private, that facilitate access, security and confidentiality of paper support documentation. - Execute the procedures that guarantee the integrity, security, availability and confidentiality of the information. - Use the basic and assistants of computer applications of databases for obtaining and presenting information, creating consultations, reports and other personalized objects based on proposed needs.
